I've learned new Customers Service techniques, such as dealing with difficult customers, refreshing what I already knew and improving my weakness as shy and having more confidence in myself. The training has been very dynamic and didactic.  Lisa is a very close person, professional and understanding in all process.  I recommend 100% the training.
