Mystery Shopping / Mystery Calls / Mystery Guest Evaluations

A pre-workshop/ training evaluation/needs assessment is required and is provided complimentary to new clients.  This ensures that all touch points of your customer’s journey are assessed and can be addressed in your custom-designed training workshops.

Mystery evaluations are highly recommended post-training as they serve to assess improvements and further motivate employees to perform at their best. 

All evaluations are carried out by our experienced team of review agents which include a full range of demographics:

  • Business individuals/Corporate clients
  • Young couples
  • Families – with teenagers/babies/young children
  • Individuals with disabilities
  • Retirees/Seniors

Each assessor is briefed and trained in advance of each assessment they undertake.

Mystery Guest/Mystery Shopping/Mystery Calls are custom designed in conjunction with our clients to ensure all desired aspects of your customer’s experience are covered in detail.
