This provides an opportunity to understand how you and your company are doing, identifies performance gaps and opportunities to improve, and highlight peer achievements that you could emulate, and/or your own achievements to be celebrated.
This is a workshop where a group of key company individuals are given a brief and discussion is held in relation to evaluating and comparing competitors.
